The synching between Tellsajellymon and Ruli might be hinting at the future digivolutions being achieved through different partners. Jellymon might evolve into a different mon when synched with Ruli ect.

This was both the most dangerous situation that they have been in thus far, as well as one of the most underwhelming and strange conflict resolutions. I guess the reasoning is that the other two were too cold to issue special moves. But its nice to know that alternative partner links can form.

For a moment I thought they will make some special evolution despite them not being partners but her knowing and calling out the attacks was cool too.

One of the things I love about ghost game is the 6 main characters interaction between each other because You don't usually see a human interact with a Digimon that has a different partner. Usually it's just the human and his parter digimon that bonds.

there has been instances in adventure. like while fighting piedmon, sora and gomamon wound up together. Gabumon and tk. Matt and patamon. that's all i can think of from the top of my head.

They could have destoyed the wall to get out or just go to the exit when they shaked of Frozomon

with other human partners is not a foreign concept lol.

Okay analyze time: So far makes this series different than the other Digimon anime?
First: This series so far is bit like Pokemon where the human calls out the attack moves of their digimon partner. Also in this episode Tellsajellymon and Ruli were in synch, and Ruli was calling the moves of Tellsajellymon like a pokemon trainer, which it's hinted that the current digimon can partner with the others partner and fight along side each other.

Second: And what's already obvious is other then the fact that digimon are transparent and need reasons to use human or what not to become solid forms is the fact this is showing more morals and facts of irl.

Personal thoughts: This episode is really good and love the fact that Frozomon's design is sick af and love his love his look. Love it that he is like Leomon of the Digimon Adventures reboot where he is just helping out other innocent digimon just to find a place full of non-stop cold temps for ice dwelling digimon to live, ofc North or South Pole would be the ideal place ofc.

Prediction time: I'm betting it's gonna come down in the twenty eps marker they will reach the ultimate level and start getting really dark to kill other digimon for self defense reasons or other and the past few eps the foes have been ultimate level digimon.

So apparently the link between partner and their respective digimon isn't set and that they can link with another when it's needed. I imagine we might be seeing more of that in the later episodes or at least I wish for more of it.

Apparently Frozomon attempted to destroy the Geothermal Power Plant so that he and a couple of ice Digimon can properly migrate to colder regions. Ok his methods are noble but not the least vindictive because he nearly tried to freeze everyone to death.

Very interesting, while this episode was very dangerous for the group... it looks like they unlocked a new power, so Ghost Game is potentially bringing partner change back like in Fusion? If so, that would be really interesting because it's a concept rarely touched in Digimon.

I bet this Digimon is looking for its "super suit", it really needs the super suit.

After Gulus this was the most thrilling episode for me now! I hope they keep putting these nerve wracking situations~

YOOOOO so a few weeks back I had a crazy dream where Jellymon and Gammamon's tamers switched Vital braces and Gammamon digivolved into TeslaGammamon(a Psychic telecanise Gammamon) while Jellymon digivoled into BetalJellymon (a Jellymon in armor with a couple of swords, almost like a gundam) and I thought it was a crazy af dream.

UNTIL I SAW THIS EPISODE WHERE RULI AND TESLAJELLYMON DID THAT CRAZY SHIT

So we getting Digimon Peter Pan in the next episode.

If Jellymon actually cares about her friends then why is she such a bitch to them?
Maybe all she cares about is her Tamer's credit card to buy more shit she doesn't need.
Also, Icemon did Kamen Rider Ichigou's henshin pose!

IKR? she constantly insults her partner, says negative things, causes trouble. Here she was watching her friendds freeze to death and was like "its only for me" ughh. I just want someone to mellow her annoying ass out.

This was one of my favorite eps. The partner up between ruli and jellymon was unexpected. It also hit hard wen ruli realized the others might die. The only bad part is that they keep Tryna glorify (if that's the right word) these Digimon’s actions.

Man! There's so many digimon I've never seen before.
When that evolution music play I was like: "ehhhhhhhhh!!!"

Unless I'm wrong, this seems to be the first time in the franchise that non-partners have synced/partnered with each other. This is also the most that non-partners have talked to each other for any longer than a few seconds. It's taken two whole decades, but they're finally showing Digimon partners as being more than mere counterparts who exist only within the realm/boundary of their individual human partners.

The last time partner Digimon have conversed with non-partner humans for any duration of time may have been Tamers, but they're loosening the Digimon-partner relationship quite a bit in this. It's about time.

Lol jellymon gave a real good slap. They both make good partner.

Didn't know other trainers could give move commands to other Digimon, interesting. Thought this series was about to have the darkest episode when she started giving commands. Glad they all alive.
